We open the shop every THURSDAY with a new estate!  Items left from the previous week are discounted by 25%.  Items are only in our estate sale area for 3 weeks and then they leave to go to an auction.  Many items remain and will be offered for sale for 25 cents on Mondays.  Yes, that is right.  Three week old estate items that do not go to auction are offered for 25 cents each regardless of starting price.

We will have for sale the contents of estates from around the area.  New items will be added every week on Thursday (watch website for details.  Each week the items from the previous week are reduced by 25%. 

For example on Sept 16 items will be 100% of the marked price

On Sept 23 the Sept 16 items will be 25% off.

On Sept. 30, the Sept 16 items will be 50% off and the new stuff that was put out on Sept 23 will be 25% off.

On October 7 the Sept 16 items will be removed for auction, the Sept 23 items will be 50% off and the new items from Sept 30 will be 25% off.  This applies to all price points.

Clothes, books and general kitchen items do not have price reductions since they are already priced extremely low.

Therefore, the item turnover in the store is great.  Items will be color coded so that you will always know what is on sale.

WE BUY, CONSIGN and SELL WHOLE ESTATES, PARTIAL ESTATES, COLLECTIONS and INDIVIDUAL ITEMS.

If I am bringing in a collection of items and not an estate are there any things that you won't consign?

We reserve the right to refuse any item that we don't feel is a good fit with our store.  Items that we usually don't consign include entertainment centers, clothing, items that are broken, missing parts or are in worn condition.  We won't sell counterfeit or fake products, alcohol, illegal items or food.  We don't take car seats and most cribs.  We generally turn down particle board furniture.  we don't take used tires.
