So... How does this actually work???
Well, we customize solutions to fit your needs. 

We work with executors and family representatives who live out of the area/state quite often so are well acquainted with conducting estate sales in this environment.  We also work with local families, realtors and lawyers as well.   We are based in Appleton and Cameron, WI.  But we will also travel out of the are for sales in Green Bay, Oshkosh, Fond Du Lac, Steven's Point and beyond!

Usually, we conduct a free of charge appointment where we examine the items to be sold.  During this consultation we determine the best course of action for your items.   Our clients usually choose from one of (or a combination of) the following four options based upon the individual estate:  conducted estate sale, estate buy out, consignment sales, or clean out.
